Human Capital Development: Health, Wellness and Fitness Program

Development and delivery of a health, wellness and fitness program, promoting health, nutrition and exercise for local residents through strategic partnerships with Prince George's County recreational facilities. The program will include, health education on  cardiovascular health, diabetes and brain health utilizing health experts from local health care organizations. Residents will have the opportunity to be linked to local resources and services to assist in their improved health outcomes.
